Budget Revenues greater than 1.2 billion BAM

According to the Consolidated Report on the Execution of the Budget of the Republika Srpska (RS) for the period from January 1st to June 30th, budget revenues for non-financial assets in the first six months of this year were realized in the amount of 1,238,100,000 BAM, representing 96% of the budget for that period.

RS Finance Minister Zoran Tegeltija said in a report to the National Assembly that budget expenditures and expenditures for non-financial assets in the first six months of this year amounted to 1,109,600,000 BAM or 88% of the budget for the first six months of this year .

“Receipts from financial assets in the period from January 1st to June 30th 2017 were realized in the amount of 62.8 million BAM, which is 145% of the budget for the period. The largest part of these receipts in the amount of 58,4 million BAM, which were realized from the collection of loans,” Tegeltija said.

According to the data from this report, which was discussed in the National Assembly, receipts from borrowing in the first six months of this year were realized in the total amount of 207.6 million BAM, which is 79% compared to the budget for the observed period of this year.

Of this amount, 137.8 million BAM was realized on the basis of realized issues of Serbian long-term bonds, 19.8 million BAM on the basis of T-bills issued and 50 million BAM on the basis of long-term loan debt of RS with domestic banks.

“343 million BAM went for the repayment of debts in the first six months of this year, which represents 105% of the half-yearly budget allocated for these purposes,” according to the Consolidated Report on the Execution of the Budget of the RS for the aforementioned period.
