Bećirović did not request and will not request the purchase of new vehicles, said Alija Kožljak, head of the Cabinet of Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency member Denis Bećirović regarding the information on the purchase of luxury vehicles in the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Kožljak stated that it is the duty of all well-intentioned people to accurately, objectively and factually present information of interest to the public, respecting the public’s right to know the truth and adhering to the basic standards of the journalistic profession.

“Having that in mind, and due to the incomplete information of certain media regarding the procurement of luxury vehicles for the needs of members of the BiH Presidency, I would like to inform the public that the member of the BiH Presidency Denis Bećirović, from the moment he assumed his mandate until today, has not requested any procurement of motor vehicles,” stated Kožljak.

He added that Bećirović has not acquired a single motor vehicle since the beginning of his mandate, nor does he plan to acquire luxury or any other vehicles for 2023.

“Therefore, it is obvious that the aforementioned purchases of luxury vehicles do not refer to Bećirović’s Cabinet,” Kožljak added, as announced by the Cabinet of BiH Presidency member Denis Bećirović.
