In the early elections for the President of the Republika Srpska, 121,432 voters or 9.76 percent voted at regular polling stations by 11 a.m., the Central Election Commission of BiH announced today.

According to information provided by the Municipal Election Commission of Kneževo, polling station 068B005 in Korićani was not open, the Central Election Commission of BiH announced. Polling station 163B005 in Kalinovik opened at 10:45 a.m.

As the Central Election Commission of BiH has already informed the public, some polling stations in BiH did not open at exactly 7 a.m. The reasons are due to weather conditions and snowfall, which makes access to polling stations difficult, as well as the loss of electricity.

The turnout in Banja Luka was 11.61 percent according to the first cut-off at 11 a.m., which is about 7 percent less than in the 2024 elections. Apart from communication problems, no irregularities were recorded during the election process at any polling station at 7 a.m. this morning, with 20 polling stations in the outskirts of Banja Luka due to power and mobile phone outages. There are 25 mobile teams in the field, while locations for issuing personal documents are open until 7 p.m.

In Trebinje, all 48 polling stations for voting in the early elections for the President of Republika Srpska opened on time this morning. So far, the election process is proceeding without problems. 32,115 citizens have the right to vote in Trebinje.

All polling stations in the Semberija area opened on time this morning.

By 11 a.m., 690 voters, or 5.6 percent of the total electorate, had turned out in Srebrenica at 25 polling stations. All polling stations opened on time. The election process is proceeding according to plan and without any difficulties, except for the lack of electricity at one polling station, which is making the work of the polling station committee more difficult.

Citizens in East Sarajevo are also voting. All polling stations opened at 7 a.m. There were minor difficulties due to the loss of electricity and internet connection.

Almost 63,000 citizens have the right to vote in the early elections for the President of the Republika Srpska in Doboj, who can vote at 106 polling stations, and a mobile team is also in the field. All polling stations opened on time and no technical problems were recorded, confirmed the president of the Doboj City Election Commission, Nenad Paleksić.

There were no crowds at the polling stations in Doboj in the morning. Voting started on time. 106 polling stations have been opened in the Doboj area.

Citizens in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina are also voting in the early presidential elections for Republika Srpska. No crowds were recorded at polling stations this morning.

The Central Election Commission of BiH will announce voter turnout data by 3 p.m. at 5 p.m.
