Children’s competition in writing the most beautiful letter

Croatian Post Office Mostar, together with BH Post Office and RS Post Office, is organising the competition of the most beautiful children’s letter in BiH. This competition is a part of an international competition organised by Universal Postal Union (UPU) and UNESCO in order to stimulate writing and international friendship.

Letter, that will represent BiH will selected by an expert jury and sent to the International Office, where they’ll compete for the most beautiful letter in the World.

International Office for its 43rd letter writing competition chose a topic – “Write someone a letter explaining why water is a precious resource”

Children up 15 years can participate, and the competition will be opened by 1 April 20013. Three best letters will be awarded with bikes and money awards (500, 300, 200 BAM) and their native tongue teachers with 100 BAM award.

Next seven students will get mp4 player, and authors of all selected letters will get gift packages from all three post offices of BiH. Special award will be given for the most creative work. Croatian Post Office Mostar will award 5 schools that send the most letters, and 10 best letters will be awarded with the collection of post stamps.
