Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of BiH enabled the citizens of BiH to respond to 35 of 3,242 questions from the Questionnaire of the European Commission since the integration into the European Union is not only job of BH institutions.
These questions, among others, are related to protection of human rights, quality of service, transparency of administration, consumer protection, and labor rights.
Answering questions will be available until the 31st of January through simple online form entitled “Citizens answer” on the website of the Directorate.

Answers that include hate speech and discrimination on any basis, will not be accepted, as said from the Directorate for European Integration.
Directorate will translate the answers into English and submit to the European Commission.
