Civil Protection still waits Help of the BiH Armed Forces to extinguish the Fire

Several fires are active in the Prozor-Rama area, where helicopters of the BiH Armed Forces are expected to help, the HNC Civil Protection Operations Center reported on Friday.

Grass and low vegetation are burning in this area between the villages of Toscanica and Lizoperci, and the fire is also active between the villages of Scipe and Pajici where forests and low vegetation are burning, the report said.

Also, two fires are still active on the inaccessible terrain at the location Lug – Visnjani-Mlusa and Krancici – Duge.

The fire in the village of Donje Blace, which threatened houses, was partially extinguished.

The fire above Spiljan is still active in Konjic, which is why a request was sent for help from the helicopter of the BiH Armed Forces.

The fire above the town of Trusina is also active in this municipality, and during the day the endangerment of the house and the cottage was prevented. It also burns at the location of Jazva and in Ljubuca – Bjalimici.

In Neum, a fire is still active at the Klepovica landfill.

In the last 24 hours, about 45 fires were recorded in the Herzegovina-Neretva County, the report said.
