garageA businessman from Australia Robert Belteky and his associates visited the Municipality of Centar in Sarajevo on June 7, 2017, where investment projects that the Municipality Centar is planning to implement in the future were presented to them.

Mustafa Resic, adviser of the mayor of this municipality for investments introduced investors with projects of great importance for citizens of the Municipality of Centar, which include the construction of underground garages in locations such as Merhemica trg- Ciglane, Bulevar Franca Lehara – Grbavica and Clinical University Center in Sarajevo. The leadership of the municipality opted for the construction of underground garages with the aim of preserving the look of the city and preservation of the remaining green areas.

On this occasion, Robert Belteky, an Australian investor who is specialized in the construction of parking lots and owns more than 4,000 garages in the world, expressed great interest in the construction of garages in the area of the Municipality of Centar.

“We are very interested in cooperation and we hope that it will be very successful. We came here with serious intentions. As experts in this field, we can see that you have a great necessity for additional parking lots, as well as great locations for the construction of underground garages,” said Belteky, adding that they are also offering a system that will provide the view of streets and the nearest free space for parking of user’s car.

With the construction of underground garages at aforementioned locations, which investors visited together with representatives of the Municipality Centar, a total of 1,600 much needed new parking lots would be provided.
