The Conference “Economic Challenges and Opportunities in SEE”

SEE_logoThe international conference “Economic challenges and opportunities in SEE”, organized by the Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany and the German Development Bank (KfW), will be held today in Sarajevo.

High representatives of German ministries, European and German institutions, representatives of EU and different companies that will attend this conference will focus on recent developments in the macro economy in Europe, and their impact in countries of SEE. 

Through a panel discussion the maintenance of macroeconomic stability as one of the priorities of the policy will be discussed, as well as the importance of the further development for companies in SEE and German investors.

Also, the current state of bilateral economic relations between Germany and B&H will be discussed, as well as the German development initiatives to support the private sector in SEE.

The main objective of this conference is to encourage companies from this part of Europe, German and other investors and to point out the economic opportunities in SEE, announced the Representative of the German Economy in B&H.
