Conference on “Transition, Privatization, Corruption”

zgrada institucija bih-5The BiH Ministry of Security is organizing a conference in Sarajevo today on the topic “Transition, Privatization, Corruption”.

In his opening address to participants at the conference, BiH Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić, Ambassador of the US to BiH Patrick S. Moon, Director of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption and Coordination in the Fight Against Corruption Sead Lisak, and the Director of ACCOUNT networks of non-profit organizations in the fight against corruption Eldin Karić will address participants.

They will be signatories to the Memorandum on cooperation in prevention activities and the fight against corruption in BiH.

In the framework of the central topics of the conference on three panels, they will speak on privatization through corruption and its affect on the security of a state and privatization and social transition with a special emphasis on the rights of employees.

The conference will be held in the BIH institution building beginning at 9:30.
