Construction of Residential Complex “Panorama Hills” planned in Hadžići (gallery)

[wzslider autoplay=”true”]At the locality Luke-Tarčin in the Municipality Hadžići the construction of housing -residential complex “Panorama Hills” with a surface of 236,787.00 square meters, is planned.

The owner of the property is company Bosman Ltd. and according to their preliminary design the construction of 212 individual buildings for housing with a number of facilities for more comfortable and better quality of life for the residents of this neighborhood and others will take place.

As confirmed by the company, the negotiations with potential buyers and investors are taking place, and soon we will know more details.

As stated in the project, “Panorama Hills” residential complex is located 26.1 kilometers from Sarajevo. Due to the specific climate and environment, the location is very desirable place to live, especially since it is famous for its good effects on human health. The specific climate and environment have contributed on creating air spa on this area, which is well known for its good effects on health, especially on respiratory and mental health.

Besides houses, health center and restaurant, the complex will also have a multi-purpose center, children’s playground, children’s ski lift, lake and other facilities.
