Public company “Motorways of Republika Srpska“ is officially starting works on Corridor 5C today and the first section of the motorway will be 5.65 kilometers long, Johovac (Tovira) – Rudanka (Kostajnica), which will be financed via loan of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and grant of the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF).

This is the first out of four planned stages.

It was stated earlier that Corridor 5 C will be 46.6 kilometers long on the territory of RS, from Doboj to Vukosavlje, and it was estimated it would cost approximately 500 million euros, Fena reports.
