Contracts for the Improvement of Energy Efficiency signed

contractMinister of Physical Planning of the FB&H Josip Martic and representatives of selected contractors have signed contracts on improvement of energy efficiency in three public health institutions in FB&H under the project of World Bank “Energy Efficiency in B&H,” whose implementation is responsibility of the Ministry of Physical Planning of FB&H through the Implementation unit project for the FB&H.

Companies that have been selected as the most favorable bidders for the works in accordance with World Bank criteria are: ” Dzekos” Ltd. Sarajevo for the facility of the University of Sarajevo Clinical Center (building of Orthopedics and Traumatology) in the amount of 1,145,595 BAM including VAT, the consortium ” Gradnja Ltd. / HP Investing Ltd. / Staklorad Ltd. Mostar ” for the facility of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar (Department of Psychiatry) in the amount of 762,684 BAM with VAT and the consortium ” Tehnograd Ltd. / Alpamm Ltd. Tuzla ” for the object of the Clinical Center of the University of Tuzla (the building of the clinic for surgical branches – Gradina Tuzla) with an investment of 988,620 BAM with VAT.

Minister Martic congratulated the selected bidders and stated that this represents a new investment in the FB&H in the amount of almost 3,000,000 BAM, which besides the achieving of significant savings in energy consumption and CO2 emissions, will also encourage investment cycle in the construction sector.
