As the Sales Program Manager in Oracle for South-East Europe Filios Papastylianou said for the business portal eKapija.ba, a complete cloud solution based on Oracle cloud is offered.

“The HCM software solution facilitates the discovery and development of human resources, and is an easier way of retaining the best people in the company. The company integrates social networks in order to facilitate teamwork, and also provides information about employees for each department. This application enables employees to work from every device”, said Papastylianou.

He highlighted that the general benefit of the cloud technology is that it helps companies in offering a whole new range of products and services, and it helps in fast-growing business and enables easier implementation of innovations.

When talking about positive experiences of Oracle customers, Papastylianou said that more than 13.500 customers all over the world are positively surprised, and that they recommended the HCM solution to their partners.

According to the director and co-owner of the Core company, Nihad Velagić, employees are nowadays both the capital and the resource of the company.
