This information was confirmed by one of Radončić’s attorneys, Asim Crnalić.

As a reminder, the President of the Alliance for Better Future (SBB) Fahrudin Radončić is accused of criminal offense obstruction of justice and criminal offense giving rewards or other kinds of benefits for trade of influence.

At the hearing held recently, Radončić pleaded not guilty of the accusations he is being charged with.

At the hearing held earlier, other accused in this case – bakir Dautbašić, Bilsena Šahman and Zijad Hadžijahić also pleaded not guilty, saying they do not feel guilty for any counts in the indictment.

The indictment against the accused was confirmed on February 15. According to the indictment, they committed the following criminal offenses: conspiracy to commit criminal offenses, obstruction of justice and giving rewards of other kinds of benefits for trade of influence, all through agreements and mutually connected activities.

All of the accused, except Radončić, are undetained. Upon the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, custody was ordered for Radončić again after he violated the restrictive measures imposed to him by the Court of BiH. Restrictive measures that Radončić violated are leaving the place of residence/house arrest and contacting with media.
