How the Courts in Zenica-Doboj Canton saved 110.000 BAM with a single Change?

kantonalni-sud-u-zeniciThrough the implementation of austerity measures for budget means regarding the postal services in the work of courts, the Ministry of Justice and Administration of the Zenica-Doboj Canton managed to make significant savings in the period of 15 months.

By rationalizing these costs in the period of one year and three months, 109.920 BAM were saved, thus making courts in ZDK some of the most rational courts in BiH.

Due to increased volume of business that courts have, especially in utility cases, the Government of ZDK approved the municipal courts at the territory of the canton to hire couriers-deliverers for the period of six months.

Results of this decision and information about generated savings in municipal courts in Zenica, Kakanj and Tešanj were analyzed at the last session of the ZDK Government. It was concluded that the applied measures gave great results and in the first six months of this year 54.071 BAM were saved in the budget of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

Due to this favorable outcome, the decision was made to continue the application of the program of rationalization of costs for postal services within the Ministry of Justice and Administration of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
