CovicMember of the Presidency of BiH Dragan Covic sent congratulations message to Archbishop of Vrhbosna Cardinal Vinko Puljic on the occasion of Easter, noting that the feast of Christ’s resurrection is the most valuable guidance and light of this life to overcome every despair.

Easter, he added, is the feast of hope and life, closeness, trust and warmth in all of us that encourages optimism, a sense of desire for peace, tolerance, cooperation and dialogue.

Covic invited that this time of preparation for Easter brings us even closer to God and our neighbors, it is encouraging the mutual respect, closeness, and trust, in order for us to spend the life on earth in faith inspired by the Christian and human values.

“In the festive atmosphere of the holiday of the largest Christian truth, I wish a happy, joyous and blessed Easter to all of you bishops, priests, nuns and all Catholics in BiH. In this spirit, let your mission remain in the service of all faithful and all people of good will in our country,” said Covic in his message.

“Let the Christ be the hope, solace, and strength to continue living His work and doing good, and let the Easter joy encourage our love, mutual respect, tolerance and unity to continue with our mission to build a better world,” concluded Covic.
