Zenica Mayor, Fuad Kasumovic, officially opened “Studengrad”, which was set up in the center of Zenica on the square of Alija Izetbegovic, bringing the true magic to the city.

“Studengrad”, with small houses where souvenirs and other things are sold, are located in the center of the town and are part of the Zenica Adventure project, for which the City Administration of Zenica has allocated 50,000 BAM. A relaxed atmosphere, Advent wreaths, area for ice skating, holiday houses and a Christmas tree, all complement this holiday spirit.

In the homes that are placed in the center of town, all visitors to “Studengrad” will be able to buy certain products. For the youngest, they are intended for home-made cakes and new-year packages, while older people will have the chance to visit houses where dry meat, cheese and other products are sold.

As part of the “Studengrad” opening, Ivan Jelic performed a solo concert with his Ethno Remake band. The winter spell in Zenica will last until January 11th.
