Decrease in the Number of Building Permits issued in Bosnia

Number of building permits issued in October of 2020, compared to the average number of building permits issued in 2019, decreased by 1.1% and compared to the October of 2019, decreased by 5.3%. 

Number of dwellings planned for construction in October of 2020, compared to the average number of dwellings planned for construction in 2019, decreased by 4.7% and compared to the October of 2019, increased by 1.2%. 

A number of building permits issued in September of 2020, compared to the average number of building permits issued in 2019, decreased by 4.1% and compared to September of 2019, remained the same.

The number of dwellings planned for construction in September of 2020, compared to the average number of dwellings planned for construction in 2019, increased by 32.5% and compared to the September of 2019, increased by 74.6%.

By types of construction works, in the same period, Index of Producer Prices for Architecture and construction works increased by 0.2%, Index for Plumbing and sewage works increased by 0.4%, Index for Electrical installations works increased by 0.2%, while Index for Heating installations works increased by 0.1%.
