The football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina is leaving the base in Salt Lake City today and moving to Los Angeles, where it is expected to play in the next World Cup against Switzerland. Before the trip, Sergej Barbarez’s team will do the last training scheduled for 10 a.m. local time, i.e. at 6 p.m. CET. It will also be the last work with the ball before the upcoming meeting.
Although the coaching staff has predicted time for rest, the national team members do not rest even then. The gym in the hotel where the BiH team is located is almost constantly full, and the players work additionally on physical preparation and recovery. After training, the national team will head to Los Angeles, and a few hours later they will arrive in the host city of the next match.
Upon arrival in Los Angeles, coach Sergej Barbarez, together with one of the players, will attend an official press conference at the impressive SoFi stadium, where he will talk about expectations before the duel with the Swiss.
Due to the time difference of nine hours compared to Sarajevo, the address of the coach of the BiH national team will be held in the early morning hours, our time.
The match between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Switzerland will be played on Thursday at 21:00, i.e. 12:00 local time.
