Milorad Dodik falsifies the history and crimes of the Independent State of Croatia, such as the camps he mentions, which he attributes and blames on Bosniaks, the Democratic Front announced today in connection with Dodik’s statements in the United States and hate speech directed against Bosniaks.

“Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović, that is, SNSD and HDZ, at the level of political strategy agreed on this type of historical revisionism, which is almost unprecedented in the recent political history of Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to this logic, the Independent State of Croatia and its criminal regime are not to blame for the camps in the Second World War, but the Bosniaks are to blame. In their common vision, Bosniaks are a historical enemy, as are all those citizens who do not agree with that,” DF states.

They point out that such efforts to target an entire nation on the international stage, through historical revisionism, cannot be called anything other than fascist.

“In the end, this type of historical revisionism is also a display of disrespect towards Serbs as victims of the Nazi regime of the Independent State of Croatia,” the statement of the Democratic Front states.
