Divided 3,600 Seedlings of Raspberry for Agricultural Households

malineAfter finishing the procedure of evaluation of applications that were submitted under the Public Invitation, the Municipality Stari Grad Sarajevo selected agricultural households, which received 3,600 seedlings of raspberries.

Public Invitation for submission of applications for the selection of agricultural households for plantation of raspberries was announced through the Service of Economy and Finance. Valid application had households with place of residence and land located in the Municipality of Stari Grad.

The condition was that farm household have one hectare of clean surface area (without planted cultures) for productions of fruit – plantation of raspberries. Three households were selected for the plantations, and they received 1,200 seedlings.

Otherwise, in recent years the production of berry fruits is in expansion, and usually all quantities produced are exported.
