Our country exported goods worth around 12.7 million BAM in the first two months of this year, according to data from the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH.
About half of that, i.e. more than 5.5 million BAM, refers to weapons, ammunition, their parts etc.
This represents the largest part of BH exports to the USA realized last year as well. The total exports to the US amounted to around 74 million BAM last year, of which more than 26 million BAM referred to that item.
We exported zinc and zinc products worth about 1.7 million BAM in the first two months of this year, and we exported about one million BAM worth furniture.
On the other side, import from the USA is much higher and it amounted to about 55.8 million BAM in the first two months of this year.
Of that, the most part (about 42 million BAM) refers to mineral fuels, mineral oils and their products.
