Dodik again denies: A terrible Crime happened in Srebrenica

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that he did not know whether it made sense to hold a new meeting with political partners at the common level, because a lot of bad things had been said, and pointed out that there was information that two judges of the Constitutional Court from the SDA party deliberately created a story about amending the Rulebook as there would be a split between the current partners in power.

Dodik said that Bosniak politicians came to the previous meeting in Konjic to make a fuss and hold a lecture. “All of them are focused on teaching us lessons about good behavior, according to them, good behavior is, give Bosnia and let Republika Srpska go”. Of course, that cannot go, especially with Željka Cvijanović, myself, Radovan Višković and others, who we are working very dedicatedly to preserve Srpska and we will continue to do so,” said Dodik to Srna news agency.

He pointed out that he is not against conversation, but that no one will and should not have any misconceptions about being able to give a lecture.

“Whenever you start talking, they serve us stories about genocide. Our position on genocide and their stories about it are known. A terrible crime happened in Srebrenica, but 3,600 Serbs died there too, and the criminals were never punished, and we are lessons about it for some other cases,” said Dodik.

If he wants reconciliation, Dodik emphasizes, then he must equalize and appreciate the pain, not only of white scarves, but also of black scarves, Serbian mothers who lost their own.

“That has been said many times. Now we have a situation where the Coalition of Three supposedly realized that it had problems because it had its own dreams. We do not dream their dreams. We are the representatives of Republika Srpska and we take what belongs to Srpska. We do not bring what belongs to them in the question. Whether Izetbegović is there, it doesn’t matter to us,” said Dodik.

According to him, at the beginning of the meeting in Konjic, it looked like they could make some progress, but then there was a conversation with the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Now we hear that two judges of that court from the SDA deliberately created this in order to cause a split between the current partners in power. It is possible that this suits Izetbegović. It is possible that the two judges made a decision to exclude the Serbs as a constituent people from the decision-making quorum because it was known that we would not go through with it,” President Dodik concluded.
