Dodik calles a Meeting of Serb Politicians on Sunday

Meeting in RS balkans.aljazeera.netUpon the initiative of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, on Sunday, November 29, a meeting will be held that is to be attended by the representatives of RS authorities, representatives of parties in the National Assembly and representatives of RS in the institutions of B&H.

Reason for calling the meeting is the latest decision by the Constitutional Court of B&H, which proclaimed certain provisions of the Law on Holidays in RS not in accordance with the Constitution of B&H.

President of Social Democratic Party (SDS) Mladen Bosić said he will come to the meeting in order to consider this situation which does not comply with the party interests. Bosić assessed that, by reaching the Decision on declaring January 9 as the Day of Republika unconstitutional, the Constitutional Court of B&H went out of the sphere of interpretation of the Constitution and long ago entered the sphere of its revision, i.e. alteration of the Dayton Agreement.

Bosić is convinced that this decision will probably not be implemented and that the National Assembly of RS will not change its earlier attitude, which warned that the RS will not accept the decision of the Constitutional Court which is against the RS.
