Dodik: My Appearance Before the Court and Prosecutor’s Office Was Entirely Politically Motivated

Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik stated that his visit to the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was exclusively politically motivated.

“You all know that the process was politically motivated and that the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina are not provided for by the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so my visit there was also exclusively politically motivated,” Dodik told reporters in Bratunac.

Yesterday, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision accepting the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to terminate the detention of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, which means that the arrest warrant issued by this court for him is no longer in effect.

The detention was terminated because it was determined that the reasons for which it was previously ordered no longer exist.
