13090531_1768560380047305_990395540_nThe President of Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik, said that representatives of this entity will continue to block the idea of Chairman of BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegovic, “who wants to impose Bosniak organization of BiH with the Alliance for Changes.”

Dodik assessed that this is, primarily, unconstitutional and that the will of the entities that are the key factor in BiH must be respected.

“If Bakir Izetbegovic thinks that we will remain silent or leave the last word in BiH to him, that’s his problem. Republika Srpska has a genuine policy which is based on the Constitution and the Dayton Peace Agreement,” stated Dodik.

Commenting on Izetbegovic’s statement that “the main obstacle in the process of integration to the EU is attitude of the President of RS,” Dodik assessed that Izetbegovic obviously has an obligation to defend the Prime Minister of Turkey in resignation, Ahmet Davutoglu.

“I’m proud that he said that we are the ones who are not allowing what Bakir wants to do together with the Alliance for Changes,” said Dodik.

He stated that BiH is territorially integrated, but mentally and politically completely divided, and that the interest of RS is not centralized BiH, but strong RS and BiH that will be in the function of strong RS.

Dodik said that the Alliance for Change did not react to statements of Davutoglu in Banja Luka, nor statement of Izetbegovic, and that the ruling coalition in the RS, although not a majority at the state level, had much stronger arguments than any majority at the level of BiH.

Dodik said that he attended the opening ceremony of the reconstructed Ferhadija Mosque in Banja Luka only because he respects believers and that he did not want a scandal, although the event was such that he should leave it.

“I decided to respect believers, but those who did not respect believers were politicians Muslims such as Davutoglu,” said Dodik.
