Easter Reception at the Bishop Grigorije held

13162139_1764657290437614_789856087_nHis Grace Bishop of Zahumlje-Herzegovina and Primorje Grigorije, who is also the administrator of Metropolitan of Dabar-Bosnia, said at the Easter reception at the headquarters of Metropolitanate in Sarajevo that he is praying for peace, happiness and well-being of people of all faiths and nations.

“Jesus Christ is and means the same in every age – peace and life, and therefore my message today can only be a message of peace and life,” said Bishop Grigorije in his addressing of the representatives of churches and religious communities, political, religious, social life of BiH and diplomatic corps.

Bishop Grigorije said that he is praying for peace, happiness and well-being of people of all faiths and nationalities who are living in BiH and attendees who are in the diplomatic service.

“You give the honor to our community with your arrival, which is in the specific condition in the city on Miljacka” said Bishop Grigorije.

The Easter reception at the headquarters of the Metropolitan of Dabar-Bosnia in Sarajevo was attended by the envoy of the President of Republika Srpska Miladin Dragicevic, Ambassador of Russia to BiH Petar Ivancov and the Chairman of BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegovic, Member of Parliament of BiH Aleksandra Pandurevic etc.

Bakir Izetbegovic attempted traditional knocking of Easter eggs, but he lost from Bishop Grigorije and the Russian ambassador Petar Ivancov.
