mirko-sarovic1-2The BiH Minister for Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Šarović met yesterday in Ankara the Serbian Minister of Trade Rasim Ljajić and the Minister for Economy of Turkey Zafer Čaglajan.

They spoke of the progress in economic relations and opportunities to increase the volume of trade between Serbia, BiH and Turkey.

It was agreed that the ministers would sign an agreement on partnership in May, which would define concrete forms of cooperation of the three ministries aimed at deepening economic cooperation and increase trade exchange between these three friendly countries.

Minister Šarović recalled that this meeting of ministers is a step towards the implementation of conclusions for the recently held meeting of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between BiH and Serbia.

“Minister Ljajić and I made a plan to jointly appear to Turkish partners and that is exactly the point, that Serbia and BiH could achieve much in the economic sector’’, said Minister Šarović.
