The Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Team of the Turkish Company within the Multinational Battalion (MNBN) has recently enhanced its operational capabilities with the acquisition of a new portable jammer, further strengthening its contribution to Operation Althea.

To mark this development, a static display was organized at Camp Butmir, where the EOD Team showcased its enhanced capabilities to the EUFOR Commander. The event also featured the “Vuran” Armored Personnel Carrier (APC), which drew significant attention for its advanced defensive systems.

As part of the demonstration, the EOD Team conducted a practical presentation on the neutralization of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) using a water jet disruptor, highlighting their technical expertise and readiness in counter-IED operations.
