The Public Enterprise Electric Utility of Bosnia and Herzegovina (EPBH) by insight into the cadastre of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, states that all 5CMs (Cadastral Municipalities), which were registered as the property of the Public Enterprise Utility of the Croatian Community of Herzeg Bosnia (EPHZHB) through previous activities of the City Administration of Mostar, have been returned to the possessor, Neretva Hydroelectric Power Plants.

According to them, the changes in the cadastre are the result of activities urgently initiated by EPBiH after learning that ownership changes over had been carried out in favor of EP HZHB.

“EPHB expresses its belief that the ongoing legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the regulations, and that it will be timely informed of the reinstatement of the possessor through the delivery of the Decision,” the company stated.
