eu1The representatives of the European Commission and leaders from Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet for the third round of the High Level Dialogue on the Accession Process in Brussels tomorrow, Tuesday 1st October. The meeting will be chaired by Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle and all leaders from BiH were invited, as well as representatives of Council of Europe and Venice Commission.

The aim of the meeting is to address three pressing issues related to the accession process of BiH: implementation of the Sejdić-Finci ruling, establishing of the coordination mechanism on EU issues and adaptation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement/Interim Agreement in the context of Croatia’s entry in the EU.

The meeting will start at 9:30 and at the start there will be photo opportunity for media.

The HLDAP was launched in June 2012 to underline strong and continuous commitment of the European Commission to Bosnia and Herzegovina and its people. The goal of this Dialogue is to help BiH move forward in the EU accession process. The first round of HLDAP was held in June 2012 in Brussels, the second one in November 2012 in Sarajevo.
