Exports in January-Novembar 2018 amounted to over 10 Billion BAM

In the period January-Novembar 2018 export amounted to 10 billion 972 million BAM, which is 8,3% higher than in the same period of 2017, and import amounted to 17 billion 743 million BAM, which is 6,3% higher than in the same period of last year.

The coverage of import by export was 61,8% and foreign trade in goods deficit amounted to 6 billion 770 million BAM.

According to BiH’s Agency for Statistics, export to CEFTA countries amounted to 1 billion 776 million BAM, which is 9,3% higher than in the same period of 2017, while import amounted to 2 billion 136 million BAM, which is 1,2% higher than in the same period of last year. The coverage of import by export was 83,1%.

Export to EU countries amounted to 8 billion 71 million BAM, which is 11,1% higher than in the same period of 2017, while import amounted to 10 billion 709 million BAM, which is 5,7% higher than in the same period of last year.

The coverage of import by export was 75,4%.
