The factory will conduct thermal processing of animal by-products, with the aim of producing animal proteins and animal and technical fats.

This is an investment by the company “Agroproteinka”, which established the company “Bioorganika” in Kakanj in order to implement the investment worth more than 20 million BAM. With multimillion investments at the territory of Kakanj, this investment will result in a substantial number of new workplaces.

Construction of this factory is a result of favorable business environment created by the Municipality of kakanj and many other advantages provided for investors.

The factory will be presented by the project manager of this investment Stjepan Ledić and Director of the company “Bioorganika” Ivica Grlić.

This new factory will not burn animal waste in Kakanj, therefore there are no new dangerous chimneys, and the work of this factory will be based on strict compliance with legal regulations and norms of the European Union regarding environmental protection.
