Radončić Appeal Rejected ekstremno.netPresident of the Alliance for Better Future (SBB) and the former minister of security of B&H Fahrudin Radončić is to remain in custody after the Court of B&H rejected the appeal by his legal team on February 2.

The Appellate Council of the Court of B&H has been considering the appeal to the ordering of one-month custody for Radončić, filed by Dragan Barbarić and Vasvija Vidović, Radončić’s legal team.

This appeal was rejected as unfounded. Appeal to this resolution of the Appellate Council of the Court of B&H is not allowed.

The Court of B&H has earlier ordered a one-month custody for Radončić due to grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense conspiracy to commit criminal offenses, obstruction of justice, and criminal offense of giving rewards or other kinds of benefits for the trade of influence.

Fahrudin Radončić can be kept in custody until February 25, i.e. until the new decision by the Court is reached.
