The FB&H government passed a decree on the basis of the organization and method of operation of the Agency for review of the privatization in the FB&H, as an independent nonprofit FB&H institution. The Agency is a legal entity with headquarters in Sarjaevo, according to portal Indikator.ba.
In performing its duties within its scope, in accordance with the provisions of this regulation, the Agency is fully autonomous and independent. The Agency is represented and managed by the Director. The Director, with the consent of the government, brings acts to determine the organization and method of operation, and a rulebook on salaries and other benefits of employees of the Agency.
The FB&H government for a period of five years appoints the Director, and the Director reports his/her work to the FB&H government. The Agency shall employ auditors and administrative staff that meet the requirements to carry out jurisdiction, in accordance with the Ordinance of the internal organization of the work of the Agency.
The Law on Civil Service of the FB&H will not apply to employees of the Agency, and if their rights and obligations from employment are not regulate by this Law and this regulation, the Labor Law of FB&H will apply.
The structure of employees in the Agency shall generally reflect the ethnic structure of the population of the FB&H according to the last census, announced the FB&H government.
