Government of FBiH reached a Decision on the distribution of one part of funds in the amount of 3.046.130,26 BAM paid to the Budget of BiH in 2014 and 2015 that were generated on the basis of reimbursements for organization of games of chance.
Amount of 2.582.229,26 BAM was allocated for the financing of the programs and projects that refer to the satisfying of the needs of disabled persons in terms of improvement of living conditions and the work of their organization, 12.560 BAM went for programs and projects that refer to accommodation and refuge for victims of torture and violence (safe houses), 82.602 BAM was allocated for programs and projects that refer to the work of soup kitchens, while the amount of 368.739 BAM was allocated for the financing of programs and projects that refer to the organizing of voluntary blood donating events and the promotion of voluntary blood donating.
Lists of users that were made after the public competition procedure were attached to the decision. Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy will conclude individual contracts on allocation of funds with all users who were granted the funds no later than 30 days from the date of entry into force of this decision. Users are obliged to submit a report on the use of funds.
At the proposal by the federal Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, at yesterday’s session the FBiH Government reached a Decision on defining the list of users and distribution of one part of funds generated from reimbursements for organization of games of chance.
This decision approves the allocation of funds in the amount of 276.920,94 BAM paid to the Budget of FBiH in 2014 and 2015 that were generated on the basis of reimbursements for organization of games of chance for the financing of programs and projects from the field of promotion of technical culture and organizations that deal with innovations for the reward fund for rewarding innovators for innovations that have international significance. List of 24 users was made after a public competition and attached to this decision.
Within 30 days from the date of entry into force of this decision, the Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts of FBiH will sign individual contracts on the allocation of funds with all users who are granted the funds. Users will be obliged to deliver a report on the use of funds to this Ministry.
Users of funds who do not deliver the report on the use of funds within the set timeframe or use the allocated funds contrary to the prescribed criteria will not be allowed to exercise the right to receive funds in the next two years.
