Federal Inspectors announce intensified inspection supervision

Federal inspectors of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs are starting from Monday, March 11, the action of intensified inspection supervision in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The goal is to suppress illegal activities in certain areas of inspection supervision that are recognized under the term gray economy, announced the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs Sarajevo (FUZIP).

Also, they note that 12 federal market, tourist and hospitality inspectors of the Federal Market Inspectorate began increased surveillance seven days earlier, on March 4.

Supervision is carried out by mixed teams of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs and cantonal inspection authorities, in accordance with the “Program of enhanced inspection supervision in the territory of all cantons in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina” for the period March-August of this year”.

The subject of inspection controls are, among others, trading in goods and services, keeping business books, trading in wood assortments, trading in building materials, issuing fiscal invoices, using financial incentives in agriculture and rural development, performing pharmaceutical activities, and supervision in other areas of competence 11 federal inspectorates. Enhanced surveillance will be carried out until August 25 of this year.

FUZIP appeals to business entities to harmonize their operations with positive regulations in order not to be subject to sanctions. After the action of intensified inspection supervision in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the public will be informed about the results thereof, according to the announcement.
