The Privatization Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has announced a public call for sale of the hotel ”Djuro Salaj”, city Gradac, in Republic of Croatia with the land, as well as the resort ”Valter Peric”, also in Gradac. Both sales are implemented by using the direct contract method.
Hotel ”Djuro Salaj” is sold at an estimated value of 7.038.054 BAM, and the resort ”Valter Peric” at the price of 1.029.477 BAM, writes BiznisInfo.
Hotel ”Djuro Salaj” has four floors, total building area is 4.448 m² with land whose total surface area is 6.351 m². The hotel is devastated. The facility has infrastructure – water supply, sewerage system, telephone network and electricity.
The legal successors of SOUR ”Tito Coal Mines” in Tuzla and ”Aluminij” d.d. Mostar are unregistered co-owners.
Bids must be submitted by December 14th 2017 and direct negotiations with bidders will be held at the premises of the Agency on December 19th 2017 at 11 am.
The resort ”Valter Perić” is located in the passive sub-balance of the company JP Elektroprivreda BiH. The property has a surface area of 368 m², and on the plot a useful area of 505 m² is built, of which 156 m² is ground floor, 156 m² first floor, 156 m² second floor and ground floor/ upgraded building – office space 35 m².
Bids are delivered directly or by Certified Mail until December 14th 2017.
Opening of bids and negotiations with bidders will be held at the premises of the Privatization Agency of the Federation of BiH on December 19th 2017 at 1 pm.
