FIBA U17: BiH – France match ended

basketballThe U17 national basketball team of BiH experienced its first defeat at the World Championship in Spain.

After they defeated the team of Dominican Republic in the first round, players of the BiH national team suffered a defeat from France yesterday in Zaragoza with the result of 84:65 (25:18, 18:18, 22:6, 19:23).

In this match as well, Džanan Musa was the most efficient player of the BiH team with 19 points. Sani Čampara scored 12 and Emir Čerkezović 10 points with 10 rebounds, while the French were led to victory by Hoard with 23, Pons with 22 and Fevrier with 18 points.

In the second match of the group, Korea won the Dominican Republic with 77:71.

The U17 national team of BiH will end the first stage today with the match against Korea (9 pm), the leading team in the group with two victories.
