In the presence of a large number of the faithful from Tuzla and surrounding places, in the Temple of the Assumption of the Most Holy Theotokos in Tuzla today, the new bishop of Zvornik-Tuzla Fotije presided over the first holy liturgy.
Fotije was recently enthroned in the Cathedral of the Most Holy Theotokos in Bijeljina, succeeding on this church position Bishop Chrysostom, who was elected Metropolitan of Dabrobosan, according to FENA.
Today’s holy liturgy of the bishop of Fotije was organized by the Tuzla Church, under the auspices of the Government of Tuzla Canton and the City of Tuzla.
The sponsor of the cultural-artistic program carried out on this occasion is the Cultural Center “Prosvjeta” Tuzla, after which a party was organized.
