Five Companies building Facilities worth 20 Million BAM

Construction in Rajlovac novovrijeme.baMayor of Novi Grad Sarajevo Municipality Semir Efendić together with his associates visited construction sites of five business facilities in the business zone Rajlovac, where facilities of the companies Princess Tešanj, Cemal Šped, CTS, In Time ad Brojler are being constructed.

These will be facilities for different purposes, such as production, logistics, catering services, trade, storage, etc. Total value of investments for these five construction sites amounts to around 20 million BAM, and the area which is being used for construction covers more than 10,000 square meters.

The companies investing in construction of mentioned facilities employ around 600 workers, and opening of 350 new jobs is planned after the completion of the construction of these facilities.

Efendić spoke to the investors about current activities which are being conducted, the dynamics of works, starting from the company Cemal Šped which intends to open the newly-constructed facility in about ten days, and ending with the company Brojler which has just constructed foundations for production-business plant.

This year, the Municipality of Novi Grad, in cooperation with the Directorate of Roads of FB&H, also completed paving the Rajlovačka Street which passes through the industrial zone Rajlovac, and activities regarding reconstruction of one more branch of the road in Rajlovačka Street, where there is a problem with water pipes, are currently in progress.

Efendić said that, during past three years, the Municipality of Novi Grad has been conducting numerous activities regarding economy, and that the Department of Urban Planning gave special priority to projects in the field of economy in an effort to issue all necessary permits as soon as possible when it comes to the construction which will result in new employment.
