Five people were arrested this morning in the area of Banja Luka, among them one for whom a central warrant was issued for the criminal offense of stalking, the Banja Luka Police Administration confirmed.
The arrest was carried out by members of the Gendarmerie of the Banja Luka Police Department.
A large number of police officers were present in the city center this morning.
