The famous British newspaper Independent published an interesting article on the flags of European and South American countries.
With the text was submitted map of all state flags in Europe, and the flag of BiH is “favorite” in the editorial office of the Independent.
“European countries have really beautiful flags. We thought it would be worth to pass through the flags of European countries, since some of them are really beautiful. The favorite of our editorial office is the flag of BiH, but I would personally recommend the flag of Albania,” said journalist of the Independent, Narjas Atata.
The Independent stated that the oldest European flag is the flag of Denmark, which appeared for the first time in 1219 at the Battle of Lyndanisse.
