For the first time, workers in BiH’s largest retail chains will have a day off for Eid Holidays.

This was announced from the Trade Union of BiH, who thanked Konzum and Bingo on its Facebook page for such a decision.

“We thank the management of Konzum and Bingo for their support to the STBiH’s campaign and for understanding the needs of workers to be with their families for the holidays. Today, we received confirmation that there will be a day off at Bingo BiH, and earlier this information was also published for Konzum BiH,” the union said.

They add that this is the first time in the trade sector in BiH since 1992 that retail chains are closed for Eid.
