logoCURE Foundation will organize today, march of the 8th March, from Cathedral to the Children Square in Sarajevo.

After the march, the Foundation CURE together with activists of other organizations, who support the march, will distribute promotional and informative materials to citizens on the 8th March and women situation in B&H.

The Foudation CURE by this march wants to remind citizens of B&H on the true value of 8th March, but also to draw attention on the actual situation of women in B&H society.

They point out that women in B&H still do not have full equality in political, public and private life, adding that implementation of the law regarding to women rights is just on paper and B&H do not have adequate measures for monitoring the implementation of laws and resolutions that have signed.

“It is time that women enjoy gender equality during 365 days of the year, and not only during a day”, said CURE Foundation.
