The Sarajevo Canton police, within the framework of the project “Community Policing” has been implementing for the past few days a project and invited students from the French International School CIFS Sarajevo to a screening of the animated film “Rise of the Guardians” (for students in 1-5 grades) and “Asterix” (for students in 5-9 grades” in Cinema City in Sarajevo.

In the spirit of becoming more familiar with the police profession, police officials came up with the project “With the Police at the Movies”, whose implementation was designed under the motto “Let’s Have Fun and Learn About Security”. Children were shown educational videos and video clips from the area of traffic safety, juvenile violence, drug abuse, etc…

While waiting for the screening of the film, children spontaneously began to sing their favorite song on the rights of children „C’est le droit des enfants“, and according to a student from the third grade, Larisa, “going to the movies by tram was very fun, and the film was great because it was in 3D”.

The French International School CIFS Sarajevo took this opportunity to organize a special transport with the Sarajevo tram for its students, accompanied by policemen.
