French members of the European Parliament Thierry Mariani and Herve Juvin, from the conservative National Rally party led by Marine Le Pen, met with Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Presidency member Milorad Dodik.

As it was announced, the occasion is the celebration of January 9th, the Day of the Republika Srpska (RS). Earlier, the Constitutional Court of BiH declared this day unconstitutional.

An invitation sent to this party by the member of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, was published on Twitter.

After the meeting, it was stated that they assessed the situation in BiH as complex, and that it was necessary for all parties to respect the Dayton Peace Agreement, and that every nation should strive to preserve its identity.
