“Gazprom” supplies Europe via Ukraine with 39.7 million cubic meters of gas per day via the Suja pumping station in Russia’s Kursk region, a representative of “Gazprom” told reporters.

He said that the Ukrainian side rejected the request for gas transit through Sohranovka, TASS reported, without naming the source.

According to the representative of “Gazprom”, 42.4 million cubic meters of gas were delivered yesterday via the same line.

The transit line through Ukraine is still the only route for supplying Western and Central European countries with Russian gas.

Pumping with the “North Stream” gas pipeline has been completely stopped. Gas deliveries via the “Turkey Stream” gas pipeline are intended for Turkey and the countries of southern and southeastern Europe.
