Children with disabilities from Tuzla Canton, at the initiative of the non-governmental sector, now have tooth repair, extraction and all other dental services at the Clinic for Pediatric Diseases of Tuzla Clinical Center.
Until now, patients for dental intervention have had to go to Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Mostar and even to other countries, because the procedures have to be done under general anesthesia.
A special operating room is built at the Clinic, and six interventions have been conducted to date.
Public Institute predicted 15 thousand BAM for this year, Mirsad Hodzic, director of the Institute, told Avaz Newspapers.
