Production in the BiH printing industry increased by 1.2 percent from last year, and paper reduced by 5.7 percent.
These statistics were presented at yesterday’s session of the Assembly of the Association of the graphic and paper industry of BiH, which was held in the BiH Foreign Trade Chamber.
The graphic industry, despite the crisis, achieved good export results, said the Secretary of the Association Selma Bašagić.
“The paper industry exported 200 million KM, or six percent less than in 2011. The export in the graphic industry increased by 50 percent and amounted to almost 17 million KM, and this is the first time in recent years that the graphic industry dramatically increased exports’’, said Bašagić.
Import in the graphics and paper industry in our country last year amounted to 318 million KM.
